Relax as you sit with your hands on your knees, palms upward to receive. Close your eyes. Breathe deeply. Allow the cares and worries of your day to evaporate as though they had never existed. You are here, present in the moment.
Allow your body and your mind to be still.
Imagine a portal above you in the centre of the room. Visualize streams of white light pouring through this portal. Allow this divine, creative, healing light to enfold you in its warmth.
Invite the light to enter your body beginning at your feet. Feel it travel up through your legs, through your base chakra to your sacral chakra located in your lower abdomen.
Allow your focus to centre on your sacral chakra. This energy centre is associated with sexual desire, passion and feelings; the balancing of your male and female energies; your ability to be intimate with yourself and others. Its element is water and its colour is orange.
Open your sacral chakra. Release the brilliant orange. Imagine this orange light merging with the white light. Your sacral chakra is now filled with white and orange, blending, separating, merging together.
As you allow the healing white light to fill your sacral chakra you affirm your personal power with confidence and love.
Allow yourself to receive the following affirmations.
I am open to know myself. I am open to intimacy with myself. I visualize the people who I feel most close to and I see myself sharing relationship with these people in an open, caring, truthful manner.
I allow myself to experience feelings, both hot and cold, that until now have possibly been repressed by fear of rejection or fear of intimacy. I am confident, loving, open to express myself freely with compassion and caring.
I accept my body from the tip of my toes to the top of my head. I am good to my body, giving it the rest, the exercise, the healthy food it desires. I feel good about myself and these feelings of good are expressed through my body, my actions, my walk along the path.
I no longer desire crisis in my life. I seek peace and a balance of my male and female energies. I am in touch with who I am. I like who I am. I choose what I do and I will not be under the power and influence of sex, love, crisis, alcohol or drug addiction. In the white light I know that awareness plus acceptance plus action will equal transformational change in me.
I am open to receive and I say yes to my sexuality. I say yes to my feelings both warm and cool. I say yes to my body and affirm my ability and desire to care for myself in a healthy way. I express my personal power with confidence and love.
Now imagine the portal above you closing. Close and seal your sacral chakra with love. Feel your feet solidly grounded on the floor. You are centred and balanced. When you feel ready, open your eyes.
